RTO India — Regarding HSRP issue for 4 wheeler

I would to raise my issue regarding High Security Number Plate for 4 wheeler. My vehicle maker is not present on m-parivahan portal, for this i raised my issue to concerned car dealer. They mentioned that it is technical issue from RTO for which relevant data has been sent from Car dealer. But no solution has been provided from past 6 month. I got to know that many consumer has been facing such issue while applying for HSRP.
I request the department to look for issue and it's solutions.
