RTO India — Regarding New Vehicle Rac

Hi Sir

My name is Satender Sharma. I bought a new vehicle on 27th April from Uttar Pardesh and got temporary number which was applicable till 26th May.

My residence address is of Bhiwani district Haryana. So whenever I visited the office it was not operational or no public dealing was happening because of imposition of lockdown due to COVID.

When the lockdown opens I submitted my all the required documents and while submitting the fees I was shocked to see the penaliity and interest of around 80k.

No one knows how to get it corrected or with whom we have to speak. Than I met the SDM (Sandeep Aggarwal) and his response was quite amazed me rather than any support or guidance he simply told me to go and meet with transport commisioner.

My humble request to plz help me in this regard and refund the amount which was charged wrongly.
