RTO India — regarding quality of high security registration number plate

Recently i have purchased a new car and applied for registration certificate under rto ferozepur punjab for number pb77 7877. But when i visited rto office for the application of number plate i noticed that they are making such a cheap quality number plates which are not able to stick more time. I asked them to correct or remake my number plate before applying but they denied to do so. My concern is that transport authority has decided to make these high security number plates with the purpose to increase security but with such kind of number plate how its possible. I request you to improve the quality of number plates and change it if it is not in a good format.
