Hi Sir /mam
I stay in Bangalore Karnataka and had registered myself for my DL renewal with application number [protected] Karnataka Bangalore
It's been more than 5 months since when I am regularly Visiting RTO requesting them to complete my RTO process for renewal of my Driving license. Every time I am said by some or the other officials in electronic city Bangalore RTO that due to pandemics My Dl renewal is delayed. The phone number available to contact them is of no use and I am really tired of visiting this RTO frequently with no positive results.I have submitted all the documents required for the renewal of my DL and have also paid the fees for the renewal of my DL. I am attaching MY dl renewal status in this email hence i request to kindly do the needful to get my DL Renewed. As i am going through a heavy mental and physical stress due to this .

After raising the complain against RTO electronic city Bangalore my issue got resolved and I personally collected my renewed Dl directly from that RTo office.Although I got my renewed Dl the RTO official team towards me was not good and it was arrogant as they were very angry on me that I had raised complain . Any ways my Issue got addressed .I am really greatfull towards consumer complains team for helping me to get my dl renewed in this critical situation.

Updated by kumarsantosh1180 Hello team. After raising the complain against RTO electronic city Bangalore my issue got resolved and I personally collected my renewed Dl directly from that RTo office.Although I got my renewed Dl the RTO official team towards me was not good as they were very angry on me as I had raised complain . Any ways my Issue got addressed .I am really great ful towards consumer complains team fr helping me in this critical situation.
