RTO India — renew driving license problems

I had applied for renewal of my driving license vide application no [protected] dt[protected] as my driving license is going to expire on[protected]. The documents have already been uploaded and the fees had been paid on[protected] however, when i try to book appointment at slot booking portal is showing this application is not pending for slot booking. Track application status is showing application pending at rto for testing. Now i am unable to under statnd about what to do next.
