RTO India — Renewal application pending for long

I have submitted my driving license renewal application #[protected] to KA-03 RTO (Kasturinagar, Bangalore, Karnataka) on 3-Nov-2020. The renewal process should take 30 days but it is almost 40 days now and the application is pending at the stage of "Endorsement by RTO"

Please help me know when this can be completed.
