RTO India — Renewal DL not dispatched

Sir,
My DL renewal Application[protected] is completed at Bangalore Koramangala RTO and in the "DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE" stage for sometime. Kindly dispatch the license or intimate me to collect the license at RTO at the earliest.

Please resolved asap. I need the license badly now, after new traffic rules.
