RTO India — renewal of dl status is not changed from last 25 days

Its been more than 25 days I have applied for the DL renewal, and the application is pending at SCRUTINY counter IMVCNT2.

Kindly Let me know how much time it would take to get the DL renewal.
What all other steps are remaining. Please see the attached image file for status. I need DL asap. Do help

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by MOHAMMED RAUF QURESHI No change in the status from last month ( 30 days), it is pending at SCRUTINY at counter ARTOCNT2.
Don't know whom to contact in this case. Also how more days will it require to get the licence in hand, I hope i get it before next expiry due date
