Respected sir, I, d. S. Chattopadhyay, resident of station road rupnarayanpur bazar, dist - paschim burdwan wb pin - 713386, an retired airforce personnel, like to inform you that i am having a maruti alto standard private car, registration number - wb38w4813. The said vehicle road tax ended on 4th feb 2019. I tried to pay the road tax from vahan online service, but couldn't do it and stating pending, "try after sometime" from 14th feb 2019 onwards. I tried to pay the same at rto office asansol today, but they are also not accepting, stating the same reason.
