Rto India — RTO Added wrong Engine Model in RTO System

Address:A 72, RK Puran Kota

My Car Engine model is BS4 and RTO mentioned as BS3. Now I am not able to install CNG Gas Kit as The data in my bill and in RTO is not matching. Also RTO denied to look into this as they misplaced the FIles from the RTO office Ramganjmandi Dist kota Rajasthan.

Please help me.
