RTO India — rto india - dl renewal still pending on approval of endorsements on dl

I have applied for renewal of dl on june 30th, 2020. My application number is [protected].

It has been 2 months since the last update of scrutiny was completed (June 30th, 2020 sharing the screenshot for reference).

Can you please help expedite the process and deliver my license.
