RTO India — Rto India printing of driving licence pending on form 7 (smart card) under processing

My application no is[protected] .I have complete all the test and other formalities for my DL ON 25-02-22 . I applied for my license in rto mansa punjab .Around 2 months has been passed but still it is showing under process at rto level and further in more info it show priniting of dl is important. So it is my kindily req plz help me to get my license as soon as possible because i am in collage so on daily badis i have to drive bike .without license its not possible.my application no is[protected]
