RTO India — RTO India Smart card not Recieved even after 7 months

I Brought Triump Speed 400 Bike From Visakhapatnam in October 2023 and received vehicle number AP40 AN 6204, with the number plate installed in January 2023. However, to date, I have not received the RTO tax paid receipt and RC Smart Card. I have sent photos of the installed number plate to the showroom at least two times. Attached are the photos of the number plate. I am sure you will reply promptly.
