RTO India — rto maharashtra refund of learner's licence fee

I had submitted an online form for learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 357.00 inr. But due to some error in online form (While online submitting name entered was different from the one in othe id proofs). I made the payment for this. Later a new application was created and I cancelled the previous one with incorrect name and paid again for the new one as I got the information as refund for cancelled application will be made to my bank account. But it's been some time now and I have not received any refund for the same.

Attached are the details regarding the same. Please let me know if you will need any information.

Appointment is booked in RTO kalyan for the learner's licence test with the application [protected]
Payment was made for both.
