■i have applied for a heavy vechicle badge for my license before 3 months its 4th month now.
■i have bought a new tata indica car in loan and before two months.
■i don't have any job now.
■i have completed my diplamo in informarion technology.
■i am not able to earn money even for my family and they are dependent on me.
■for last two months i was paying my car loan emi borrowing from my frndz.
■ i am inneed of heavy motor licence from last four months.
■rto officers are not even giving respect to us.
