RTO India — share auto driver misbehaved with me

I today faced an issue with the auto driver he misbehaved with me and share auto who travels from thiruparankundram madurai to keelavasal. I felt very gulity to travel in the autos kindly check it do the needful for the citizen of india. Iam a 28 old women in the therkuvasal opposite to sholocha hospital on the road he is bold and he will keep chukum and chandram in his forehead and he is black skin. Please kindly block his license and he should not do it to any other girl. Please accept my complaint

Only 15 days are remaining to expire learning license.

Not able to book slot for permanent driving license. Trying since 2 weeks.

It says error LL number is not available.
