RTO India — Smart card and RTO tax receipt not received

Address:tal wai dist satara maharashtra

I have purchased bike in Otc 2019
I have get vehicle no. MH 11 CV 4529, also number plate installed in Jan 2019
But till date i don't received RTO tax paid receipt and RC Smart Card.
Photos of Number plate installed has sent to Showroom minimum three times.
Also attched herewith the photos of Number Plate.
