RTO India — Smart card Rc for vehicle no pb07bt0158 is pending for activation

Address:Hoshiarpur, Hoshiarpur, Punjab

I have applied for termination of hypothecation dated 18.01.2023 also paid termination fees and upload all required documents online and also submit in rto office hoshiarpur.but still i am unable to proceed further for transfer of ownership as it shows
