RTO India — Someone is using duplicate number plate registered on my name

The person visible in the attached file is using duplicate number plate registered on my name. The RTO number registered MH24AL7972 is registered on my name for Vehicle Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 ABS. I am raising the complain to make preventing measures to ensure that any criminal offences should not include my name. Please let us the next step to follow.
