RTO India — Speed violation

While travelling from Pune to Sangli on 2nd May 2023 we received a challan of RS 2000 against speed violation.
The journey is about 225 kms one way from said location. There are so many diversions and constructions are in progress and speed regulation boards are very few.
Suddenly a speed gun van appears in between and fines a heavy penalty which is wrong.
I received an image showing my car number plate but not mentioned location. How do I know where the speed limit crossed.?
