I am here at Madaiveli RTO, while applying for LLR, I had to wait for 3 hours and then finally I helped the worker find what was wrong in his computer for online application. Today I'm here for DL and they are telling me that the online application is not working and I've been waiting here for 2 hours now. I feel there is nothing wrong with the internet. The computers and technology provided are outdated and the workers don't even know the ABC of computers. How can they process online applications if they don't know how to do it? You need to have better training if you are going to implement something new.
