Rto India — State Change pending more than 3 Years

Address:

C-5, Lokenath Bhawan, Nischinda Bally, Howrah-711227

After State Change from Assam to West Bengal (Howrah) and applied address change and Road Tax paid to Howrah RTO, still it's pending from RTO India as per communication received from Howrah RTO.
Reason based unable to drive the Vehicle on Road and Pollution is not able to done from System.
