RTO India — Status showing as Smart Card printing for about a month

Hi, I had requested for DL reprint on 12th of Oct 2020. The status changed to printing t smart card on 16th Oct. After that no updates. The application ID is [protected]. Could you please look in to it immediately. Thanks.
