RTO India — Status showing pending even after 40 days

My learner's license application number is [protected]. I had applied from pune on 30 april 2025. Its been more than a month and still the status is approval is pending. I have submitted all the documents, payment is complete, and LL test hs been given still then since a month the status is same.
I have tried reaching out to helpline number but there is no response at all, I even tried reaching out to RTO office but there is no one to address my concerns.
Please resolve my issue at the earliest.
