RTO India — Stuck on approval of LL by licensing authority

Hi, I am Nandan Eswar and have successfully completed my online contactless learners licence exam on 14/06/23 and it is stuck on this stage with no resolution for the past 8 days. Please help with the same, I have no way to print my learners license. I passed test under Vashi RTO. Thanks in advance.
