RTO India — the driving licence number is not approved in dl backlog since 2008

I have my driving licence issued in 2008 from gujarat (Gj19). I need to get a di extract for which i tried to log into https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice7/dlextarct.do page. On entring my dl details i am getting this error message : this driving licence number - not approved in dl backlog!! Dl no. Gj19/020505/08 Date of issue 22 dec 2008 Valid till 21 dec 2028 +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (0)

Dear sir,

I am writing to you in regards to the renewal of my licence issued from uttarPradesh 20 years before and now i am settled in Rajasthan, I need to renew from Rajasthan -Udaipur, I tried to do the renewal of my DL but it shows backlog which needs to be approved and its almost 15 days my DL application reference No . [protected].
Kindly find the attach image for the same .My licence will expire on 19th Aug 2019 and i need to renew before that .
Request you to kindly get the application approved from RTO so that i can renew my DL.

Respected sir,
My daughter got married in Faridabad Haryana. She basically hails from PATHANKOT PUNJAB. Her DL was made in 2011 but the DL has nt been updated . I have submitted the papers online but in RTO OFFICE PATHANKOT there is no one to listen to, There mostly agents are available... kindly help me
