RTO India — to correct the address in the application or refund the amount

Address:

319/c sector-8 ukkunagaram, visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, 530032

I have applied for llr. By mistakenly the mandal in the present address is given as 'parwada' instead of 'gajuwaka', as a result of this the test center which i got is very far from my place but not the near by one.

I tried to cancel my llr but there seems to be a note where amount will not be refunded.

Could you please help me with the correction in the application or refund if the cancelled
