RTO India — Transaction not Cleared but the tax is paid

I want to transfer my vehicle to another city and applying for NOC. But getting an error "Pending at RTO side"

I have already payed the tax, but its showing that Transaction is pending.

This information is updated wrongly in Parivahan, and my transfer is stuck unless the below transaction is Cleared.
