RTO India — transfer documents

I had purchased a second hand 4 wheeler from alfa carz, btm 2nd stage, bangalore on 20th may 2020

Paid full cash including transfers. I was then promised the documents would take atleast 45 days to process.

After many follow ups, no reply from them.

Kindly assist in the same.
