[Resolved] Rto India — transfer of ownership problem

My application approval is kept on hold, reason unknown. Online application wb190801v2737689 was done on this government site, seller purchaser verification completed, production and cf completed in pvd kolkata, beltala, online payment already done. All documents have submitted. I have to pay only rs 340 for new smart card only after approval, but what is the reason for hold? I have visited 6 times. What is the use for online then? For each step i have to move there. Outside agent are demanding rs7000 for this, 10 times the actual fees paid to the government.

Updated by furkanmohammad Today again i went to rto office beltala, my file sent on 5th November 2019 to approval department but still not approve, one clerk name sunil has kept my xerox rto receipt with phone number and again told me to come after 10 days, meanwhile he will call me. What a harassment, for small thing what they need?? India will never develop because of such attitude of non deserving people who are increasing their belly and decreasing their efficiency.
