Dear Sir,

Its been almost a month past dated 28.08.20 and i still did not received my Driver license. As per speed post tracking details it got return in middle way of delivered location due to insufficient address on 14.09.2020.

I have been visiting between Post Office and RTO office Noida and no help. So, please help/guide me to find out solution to get my Driver License.

Today, I have visited RTO-Noida and after waiting and moving to door to door got answer that wait for another month and might be it come or another option that apply again for duplicate license... this is was normal people have to suffer for irresponsible employees of 2 government organisation and pay money 2-3 times or even more for their fault.

Please, help me!
