Rto India — Unknown officer near andheri we highway junction

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400049
Website:Not applicable

This is to inform that i have been wrongly charged Rs. 200 which i was forced to pay at the RTO counter in Santacruz Chowky.
I had crossed the signal in orange light and the offence showing is No entry. secondly since my speed was around 45 km / hr it was difficult to brake my bike, so i didnt do any offence. however to save time i had given Rs. 100 to the havaldar, which i was forced to pay in scorching heat. This incident happened at Andheri highway junction. This is rediculous that i had to pay a fine for the offence which i didnt do. I had by mistake jumped a signal at santacruz, where i went to make payment. there i came to know that i had to pay the charge of Andheri.
