Rto India — vehicle registration certificate not received

I have not received my vehicle registration certificate since last 15days... I have got the vehicle number i. E. Od02at1010 and it is also showing in paribahan portal (Govt. Of india) but till date not get the rc papers...

Please do the needful so that i can drive my vehicle in city...

I have visited the rto bbsr-1 today and no body responded in my query also not given any senior official number... Now its almost 3 months crossed from the date of purchase... But such kind of casual approach from the rto personnel lead the things more time consuming...
