RTO India — Wanted to know status of my driving license

My name is Shekhar Pundlikrao Darokar I've applied for 4wheeler permanent license on 4th Nov 2020. I've cleared Permanent driving license test as well on 6th Nov 2020. but while searching my application status online it's always showing as pending for approval don't see any update after 6th Nov

My application id is[protected] and my birthdate is 1st March 1993. My contact no is [protected]

I tried to contact on RTO land line but it didn't work no.

Can you please look into it and let me know why my application is in pending state from 6th nov
I just wanted to no how long I need to wait for my permanent license

As per goverment rule within 30 days licence should be on my hand but still not received yet. It is very difficult to travel my vehicle for long root. Also they did not provide me any E-licence for temporary purpose. It is not good and very problematic for me. I would request you please check the details and deliver my licence as soon as possible. Thank you
