RTO India — wrong dl delivered | |||
I had applied for dl from varanasi rto office. But i have received dl of another person. None of the rto helplines are working and there is also no help from rto office. Kindly deliver my dl to my address as soon as possible I will not again go to the rto office for any kind of verification nor i will give any type of fees. My Driving licence was issued on 8th Nov 2019 and status PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ) was done on 20th Nov post which no action have been done. DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE is the status from Nov mid.
Please help me so that i can get my physical copy of driving licence. My RTO is RTO Electronic City (KA51) at Bangalore.

I have passed my driving license on 13th December 2019(Ghaziabad RTO) but portal still showing recording driving test results (application#[protected]) This means the rto officer who took my driving test didn't upload the test results.
