RTO India — wrong e challan

I have received 3 challans from rto each for rs 300/-. All the challans are wrong. The details are as shown bellow

1. Challan pnccc[protected]

Image showing person is not me, vehicle is not mine but number is same as mine vehicle.

2. Challan pnccc[protected]

Image showing person is not me, vehicle is not mine but number is same as mine vehicle.

3. Challan pnccc[protected]

Image showing person is not me, vehicle is not mine but number is same as mine vehicle.

I am working in mumbai so its impossible for me to be in pune during my office hours. The vehicle is simillar to my vehicle but not mine because it shows difference in accessories.
Different challn shows different people with same vehicle.
There is possibility o[censored]sing my registration no as fake number.

I am 3 time visit RTO Bavla (Ahmedabad) but not answering my question.

Sir Actually on 17th November 2019 I have paid RS.1950/-for driving license application but now i am fed up of this company as it is not responding to my calls n email messages so I want my hard earned money back without any deductions otherwise I will take serious action on this company

I m Tushar balkrishna jadhav.from kolhapur.i have started travels business in kolhapur..I have given all documents to rto, kolhapur Office but Mr satpute inspector he is troubling to me..and agent take permit 7thousand rupee rate...I can't give money to rto offcer/agent...

At Tambaram RTO, I submitted all required forms for ownership transfer of my second hand bike.

It seems they missed my application somewhere and no process as initiated even after 15 days. Staffs in the RTO offices were rude and not responding properly (especially a lady staff).

I had applied in KA53 KR PURAM RTO Bangalore. My application number is [protected]. I have passed the LL test. But Saarthi page is showing the status as "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY". Can you please help in generating my LL ?
