RTO India — wrong e challan

Dear sir on 14th jan my vehicle od19j3329 was going to ganjam district of odisha. The ganjam rto was cutting challan for over speed. As per challan the vehicle was running over 65 km.
But in highways the speed limit is 80 km. How this challan was happening. Plz cancelled this challan asap.
Challan no is - or[protected]
Plz consider as a taxi driver unable to do this huge penalty.

Sir, mera truck CG15AC5570 ka talcher RTO ne high amount ka challan kat diya he.Jab ki mera sara documents sahi tha or update tha... challan amount is 79000.Me jab RTO office talcher jake RTO se bat kiya usne mere ko rudely bat kr bole jyada bole ta 5lakh kar dunga...challan date 27/10/2020.Plz help me and solve my problems sir...
