Rto — Kali peeli taxi in Mumbai

I took a taxi from Lower Parel (One World Centre) to the Airport Terminal 2. The distance is 15 kms while the taxi meter showed 25 kms and he changed me Rs. 435 fare + Rs. 85 toll. It was clearly 19 kms extra that he charged me for. Attached the taxi number in image. The taxi number was MH 01 AT 3831. Kindly take strict action and resolve.
