RTO — Last 4 month RTO application is pending

Dear sir/madam,
i have applied for duplicate license at Dhule rto, Dhule MH118
but last 4 months application is i pending state
But till the date its shows status pending for

Action Name Status
APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL PENDING
PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 PENDING
DL DISPATCH BY POST PENDING

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application
