Rto — learners license delayed too much

I have applied for learner license for light motor vehicle and my application number is [protected].
But its status shows application is under processing at rto level from more then one month. Plz check my issue why this happened to my. I am very fed up with the online process. Same thing showing from last 1 month. And not its over my head. Plz suggest me where to go for my driving licence. I have paid all fee online and everything shows successful. Plz let me know what can i do.
