RTO Mumbai — Car sold but not transferred by buyer

Dear Sir,

I have sold My commercial vehicle MH01 TA 2250 to Sallaudhin 2 years back, but he has not transferred the same to his name.

He is giving excuses that he will do shortly.

Please help.
