RTO — Renewed driving license not received

Address: Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune

• On 20th June 2020, I had applied renewal of my driving license (MH14 [protected]) vide application no [protected] & my wife also applied renewal of her driving license (MH14 [protected]) vide application no [protected].

• In 3rd week of December 20, my wife got her renewed driving licence (application no [protected]). Prior to it, she received SMS for despatch of the same.

• But, my renewed driving license (MH14 [protected], application no [protected]) is still not received. As per Vahan portal, it is printed & despatched on 17th December-20. But, I have even not received any SMS for despatch.

• Requesting you to arrange for sending my renewed driving license (MH14 [protected], application no [protected]).
