Dear sir, in reference to above i would like to inform you that i have apply for renewal of my Driving License on 22.03.2014, but i have not received the Driving License till date.After 03 months when i went to RTO office at unnao and meet with RI Mr.Gupta he asked me to meet Mr Ramesh, when i meet Mr.Ramesh he told me that there is no Driving Licence is renew in my name, after that i meet Mr.Gupta RI again he send me with his clerk for issue me a new receipt and photo, Mr.Gupta, RI asked me to bring a envelop (with stamp for registry) i also hand over the envelop to Mr.Gupta, RI after writing my full address on envelop, But till date i have not received my DL. I am also sending scan copy of both the receipt for your ready reference.
