I am shivratan sevaram laddad having registered mobile number [protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.com.
Applied for renewal of permanent driving licence on www.rtoonline.com.
They charged on 20dec2018 rs256 and did not send any documents.
When I went to the office for renewal of driving licence ...Officer replied they are unauthorized to collect the money.
Thereby I could not renew my driving license on there portal namely www.rtoonline.com
They are unauthorized to collect the money.
This is what I want to register a complaint so I can claim my money back to my account.
