I am shivratan sevaram laddad having registered mobile number [protected] and email id [protected]@yahoo.com.

Applied for renewal of permanent driving licence on www.rtoonline.com.

They charged on 20dec2018 rs256 and did not send any documents.
When I went to the office for renewal of driving licence ...Officer replied they are unauthorized to collect the money.

I am shivratan sevaram laddad living in Maharashtra akola having mobile number [protected] applied for renewal cum endorsement of permanent driving licence on website Rtoonline.com. They did not send any document by post to me as they informed and charge rs256.
They are not authorized to take charges .
I hope my complaint will be considered and a refund will be made to me.
