Rtr Digital Marketing — Paid the amount didn't received the order

I paid money for clothes online from a Instagram page named beautyfy_yourself on 10th of August. My money was deducted and i didn't received any confirmation msg or mail. I didn't got the order id nothing. I tried contacting them by texting by mail they are not replying. I sent the screenshot of the payment and everything but no reply. I want my money back that's it
