Rtr Digital Marketing — asking for cancellation charge without any cancellation | |
I have place two order in same day i.e today 09th sep 2020. One order id is #[protected]. In which i have order full chicken fried rice with extra chicken but i did not get extra chicken. So your executive has provide me a coupon of RS 36. To redeem on any product order in next 30 days. So I have place a order of cold drink of Order Id #[protected] on same day. But the deliveryman didn't have any single money as a change. I already told to Shopkeeper that I don't have change money and Your executive Mss Anjum Samadi (her calling number +91-[protected] )has cancelled my order and told me that I have to pay extra Rs 50 for cancellations of my order. Which type of service you Guys are providing with your customer. I will not go to pay any cancellations charge and I need my money back.
