Rudraksh Group — Not Processing Work Permit Visa as per commitment

I have applied for work Permit visa by paying RS 13 lacs to Rudraksh Group in March/2024.They promised for same by May 2014 in Corona Scheme.

From last 8 months they are asking for different type of document including medical tests.All documents provided. But still they have not assured me when finally got work permit .Even they are not sharing any written document on status of processing.
Even every month their legal advisor are changing.

Either they assure me visa final date of handover or return my money.
