Rugna Fashion Hub — Received an old saree instead of suit set

I ordered a suit set of Rs. 838 from rugna fashion hub. When I received my parcel there is an old saree instead of suit set .valie of the saree i think not more tha 100 rs. This is a fraud. Kindly take a strict action against them..They cheat people through their online advertisement.
