Have booked a flat on April 2019 and registered on June 2019, possession due on December 2021. However an extension email received from Ruparel giving new possession period is December 2022.
Intermittently I am following up with the Sales and Client Relationship Team members and learnt that still Ruparel hasn't received NOC for the captioned subject, which is surprising. Till date demand payment collected upto plinth, very significant amount of total flat cost.
In 3rd week of May 2022, visited the site and found that no construction done for Tower 2, A - Wing, Flat number series 1 and 2, Ruparel Optima, Kandivali West Project.
Sales Team and CRM not telling the reasons for non receipt of NOC and not able advise any particular time for possession.
I am worried, whether Ruparel would be complete the construction and give possession of the flats to its buyers.

I would like you to please watch the video the video and share as much as possible. I have bought a Jodi flat in Ruparel realty’s Mumbai XL project but the approach of the builder towards their customer is not at all ethical and because of their non transparent calculations and frequent calculation mistake I feel unsafe to go ahead with this transaction. I need your help in sharing this video as much as possible so other people who is looking to book the flat can take informed decision
